H2 Home Watch of Naples, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the second year.
Owners Kristina and Tyler Heinze first became interested in Home Watch several years ago, when they were clients themselves as seasonal Southwest Florida residents. After seven years of being customers, they were excited about opening their own professional Home Watch business in 2023.
Kristina received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois in 2001. She graduated with Bronze Tablet distinction; the highest honor given at the university for the top three percent of the graduating class. She is also a senior advisor and co-founder of a small private equity firm.
Kristina’s husband and co-owner, Tyler, received a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and was an electrician for more than 10 years prior.
Kristina and Tyler graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and have earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP), placing them among the industry’s elite Home Watch providers. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify H2 Home Watch’s commitment to Home Watch excellence.
Kristina and Tyler have two children: Hayden, 11, and Holden, 10. When not working or at the softball fields or MMA gym with their kids, they love boating in Sanibel with the family.
