Andrea Finck
Home Watch Madison & Lightsome Estate Concierge of Madison, Wisconsin, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the fourth year.
Owner Andrea Marquardt Finck is a real estate investor, vacation property owner, remodeler, and certified Feng Shui consultant with decades of experience in home building and design, marketing, and corporate event planning in financial services, estate, and trust organizations. She grew up on Lake Wisconsin, where she developed her passion for home design alongside her father. Andrea has designed and built numerous homes. Andrea has held leadership roles in sales, management, marketing, and community engagement throughout her career. Client service is at the heart of all she does.
Having experienced the challenges of finding a confidential, reliable resource to ensure the safe operations of her second home, Andrea saw the need for a Home Watch and concierge service. She founded Home Concierge Madison, dba Home Watch Madison & Lightsome Estate Concierge, a woman-owned business. The firm serves busy professionals, snowbirds, vacation homeowners, and properties in estate transition.
Andrea is a graduate of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP), which places her in the category of elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Andrea’s commitment to Home Watch excellence.
An active community volunteer, Andrea serves on the Governor’s Council for Financial Literacy & Capability, Downtown Madison Inc. Inclusiveness Committee, and Women in Watch. Previously, she served as the Secretary for Madison Ballet, Co-Chair of the Village of Maple Bluff Fest on the Fourth, and Board President for Domestic Abuse Intervention Services. She is a prior Athena Award Nominee.
