It gives me great pleasure to announce that Home Watch of Arizona, of Scottsdale, Arizona, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA for the 12th consecutive year.

Home Watch of Arizona began in 2011 when John and Debbie Hay wanted to redefine property care for seasonal and absentee homeowners. Drawing on their own experiences and inspired by the personal touch of a trusted caretaker who had watched over their second property for over two decades, John and Debbie set out to provide that same level of care and attention to their real estate customers in Arizona.

Recognizing the widespread need for reliable property care services beyond their real estate clientele, John and Debbie expanded their services to serve homeowners in the Scottsdale and greater Phoenix area. With their wealth of real estate experience, they understood the importance of frequent Home Watch inspections and addressing the unique needs of absentee homeowners.

With a vision to provide peace of mind to clients with unoccupied properties, John and Debbie established Home Watch of Arizona as a licensed, bonded, insured, and nationally accredited Home Watch company. Their dedication to professionalism and integrity has been the cornerstone of their success.

I’ve met with John and Debbie numerous times over the years, during our North American Conferences and Arizona Chapter meetings, when I’ve been able to attend.

Adding to the team’s expertise and capabilities, partner John Hogg joined in 2023, bringing over 25 years of business and trade experience. With his addition, Home Watch of Arizona is poised for continued growth, excellence, and uninterrupted service in the years to come.
