Homewatch Steamboat of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA.

Owner Josh Wormser graduated from the University of Iowa in 1993 with a BA degree in Political Science.  Before Home Watch, Josh had 25 years of executive-level experience in leadership and client-focused roles, and five years of experience as a business coach and growth advisor for small business owners. He is a certified business coach and holds a Colorado real estate license. 

Many homeowners in Steamboat Springs love their community but don’t live there year-round. Josh founded Homewatch Steamboat to bring professionalism and peace of mind to homeowners, protecting their homes, preserving their investment, and offering a personalized, discreet, and reliable service. 

Josh graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP), placing him among the Home Watch industry’s elite providers. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Josh’s commitment to Home Watch excellence. 

Josh and his wife, Marian, are from the Chicago area; they met in high school and have been married since 1994. They have two wonderful adult children and a Chihuahua mix named Mochi. In their spare time, Josh and Marian love to travel and spend time outdoors, especially skiing, taking advantage of the wonderful mountain activities in Steamboat.

Homewatch Steamboat is a member of the Steamboat Chamber of Commerce and is always looking for ways to support its local community.
