Peace of Mind Home Watch Services of Newtown, Connecticut, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA.
Owner Geoff Geils has worked and lived in the Newtown area for over 35 years. He grew up in Port Chester, New York, and Greenwich, Connecticut. After graduating from Greenwich High School, he attended Plymouth State University in New Hampshire, where he studied Business Management and began his entrepreneurial career.
In addition to residential and commercial property ownership and development, Geoff has owned and operated several manufacturing and CPG brand marketing companies. His hands-on management of properties and projects, and ownership work ethic, have cultivated trust and strong referrals from clients and trades throughout the area. Geoff also oversees several VRBO/Airbnb rental properties, generating significant revenue.
In the winter, when he is not out visiting properties, Geoff is a first responder and active ski patroller at Stratton Mountain in Vermont. In the warmer months, he can be found hiking trails, boating on a lake, or sailing the New England Coast.
Geoff is widowed. He has a son who lives in Denver.
