Regal 1 Home Watch of Elmira, New York, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA.

Owner Terry Hill was born and raised in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region of New York and is a lifelong resident. He attended Rochester Institute of Technology and earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance. Terry then moved on to Utica College, where he received his MBA.

Terry has been a business owner in the service sector for the past 32 years. Three years ago, he became a New York State Certified Home Inspector.

Terry is married and has three children, as well as three very energetic grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys remodeling old homes, woodworking, and most of all, spending time with his family.
