Hyco Home Watch of Semora, NC, earns its second-year accreditation. Congratulations!
Dale Snow
Hyco Home Watch of Semora, North Carolina, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA for the second year.
Owner Dale Snow is a full-time resident of Hyco Lake. He and his wife, Donna, have a long history there. They have fond memories of enjoying it as teenagers; they were married and built a home there. Dale and Donna love the community and feel that just being around the water is relaxing.
Dale has a diverse background that includes working in the textile industry and owning and operating several retail stores. He is also a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina. Dale has a solid foundation for understanding the needs of the local community. The idea for starting a Home Watch business came from helping friends and neighbors over the years by watching their homes while they went on vacation. Dale’s knowledge and network of trusted local vendors are invaluable when advocating for the homeowner.
Dale is a graduate of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP), placing him among the industry’s elite Home Watch providers. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Dale’s commitment to Home Watch excellence.
Dale’s hobbies include being a boat captain, an occasional golfer, and a home chef for family and friends. He and Donna have two furbabies who love pontoon rides as much as Dale and Donna do.
Hyco Home Watch serves Semora, Leasburg, Roxboro, and Milton. Dale can be reached at (336) 592-5711 or snowdr@hotmail.com. Learn more at his website, https://hycohomewatch.com.
Congratulations, Dale!
As always, I wish you
Much success,
Jack Luber Executive Director
