Sandy Shores Property Services of Cape Coral, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for its Home Watch services for the second year.
Owners Jason and Kristen Aarnio provide Home Watch and concierge services. Originally from Minnesota, they visited the Cape Coral area in the spring of 2022 and instantly knew this was a great place to relocate their family and call home. Jason has a 25-year background in residential and commercial construction and has owned a contracting company for over a decade in Minnesota. Since moving to Florida in 2022, Jason has been excited to open his local contracting company servicing the Cape Coral/Fort Myers Community. He prides himself on the superior workmanship he provides to his clients and for always being available for their needs.
Kristen grew up in the construction industry; her grandfather and father owned construction companies in Minnesota. She learned the ins and outs, dedication, and attention to detail needed to deliver high-quality homes. After moving to Florida, Kristen acquired her real estate license and practices in the Cape Coral and Fort Myers areas. This has given her the experience and knowledge to work in the current housing market and provide the best service.
With their combined background in construction, customer service, and successful business ownership, Jason and Kristen are dedicated to the safety and security of their clients’ homes with Sandy Shores Property Services.
Jason graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP), placing him among the industry’s elite Home Watch providers.
