Shield Home Watch of Lakewood Ranch, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the sixth year.
A native of Western Michigan, owner Nicholas Lemmon moved to the Manatee/Sarasota area to escape Michigan’s brutal winters. He enjoys the amazing opportunities that living in Florida offers his family.
With a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and Public Health from Grand Valley State University, Nicholas has worked within multiple healthcare systems. Working with informatics and process improvement was a perfect match for Nicholas’s skills. He embraces the usefulness and possibilities of technology but understands that providing client services must be based on the needs and desires of the individual. Only by thoroughly listening and seeking to understand can a solution be found.
Bringing this mindset to Shield Home Watch, Nicholas’s goal is to provide superior service to every client. He feels that making sure that their clients are well-educated and fully aware of every aspect of the services that Shield Home Watch provides is fundamental to establishing a strong relationship. When clients are informed and confident, their interactions with Shield Home Watch will result in improved peace of mind and time back in their day.
