Shore It Up Home Watch & Concierge Services of Red Bank, New Jersey, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA for the second year.
Owner Amy Horowitz has over two decades of real estate experience, including more than 25 years as a state-certified and FHA-approved real estate appraiser and investor. Through her appraisal work and love for building and renovating, she has honed the ability to see beyond furnishings and view the structural aspects of homes.
For years, Amy has been watching homes and managing properties for friends and neighbors. Her years of inspecting homes and encountering various unforeseen issues prompted her to delve deeper into the Home Watch industry. As a result, she joined the NHWA, and her company earned accreditation, underscoring Amy’s commitment to professional excellence in Home Watch.
