Joel Pye
I am so happy to share that Suncoast Home Concierge Services of Sarasota, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the eleventh year.
Owner Joel Pye takes a personal interest in everything he does, and serving the clients of Suncoast Home Concierge Services is a perfect example.
Joel served as senior vice president and head of logistics for a very large, multi-national company. Because of his work with all types of people—from the heads of industry to the employees who handled day-to-day operations—Joel learned how to work with everyone and keep them happy.
In 2011, Joel relocated from Toronto, Canada, to Sarasota. He had visited there every year for 25 years and always felt it was his home away from home; he knew he would eventually live there. Joel formed Suncoast Home Concierge Services in 2012 to assist seasonal residents with their Sarasota-area second homes. Having previously owned a second home in Sarasota himself, he was familiar with the challenges of long-distance home ownership. Many permanent residents also call on Joel to assist with projects around their homes.
One of Joel’s many hobbies is gardening; since 2012, he has volunteered in the horticulture department at the prestigious Marie Selby Botanical Gardens in Sarasota. He has learned a great deal through his experiences there and loves passing that information on to his clients.
