SWFL Home Watch & Property Management of Naples, Florida, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA for the second year.

Raised in the heart of Southwest Florida, owner Ashley Mantel brings a lifetime of local knowledge and dedication to her Home Watch company. Her deep roots in the community have shaped her commitment to providing exceptional service and security for the properties under her care. With a keen understanding of the area's unique environment and challenges, clients’ homes are in trusted hands. Ashley’s passion for protecting and maintaining homes stems from her upbringing, and she is devoted to offering peace of mind to her clients, one visit at a time.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from Florida Gulf Coast University. She is also a certified personal trainer and stretch therapist, equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively promote health and wellness.

Ashley was inspired to start a Home Watch business because of her passion for caring for homes while their owners are away. Her public health and personal training background has given her a strong foundation in promoting well-being, and she wanted to extend that care to her clients’ properties. Ashley saw a need for reliable and professional Home Watch services and decided to combine her skills to provide peace of mind to homeowners.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys staying active and spending quality moments with loved ones. She works out, goes for walks, and plays pickleball to stay fit. Ashley also loves fishing, going to the beach, and cooking.
