The Home Watchers of Sandown, NH, earns third-year accreditation. Congratulations!

Chip Raffi

The Home Watchers of Sandown, New Hampshire, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the third year.

A native of the Boston area and Harvard University graduate, Chip Raffi now makes southern New Hampshire home. As a former law enforcement officer and insurance agency owner, Chip prioritizes integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness. He also has a strong passion for delivering extraordinary customer experiences.

Chip’s business offers a variety of services for homeowners in southern New Hampshire who seek true peace of mind and convenience when they are away from home.

Through visual inspections of a home's exterior and interior, looking for obvious issues, The Home Watchers mitigates risk and potentially minimizes significant out-of-pocket expenses related to problems that can go undetected for long periods. The advantage of having a trusted, local partner for needs that inevitably pop up also provides a critical convenience benefit. For added confidence, the business is licensed, insured, and bonded.

Chip has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP) from the NHWA, placing him among the industry’s elite Home Watch providers. The CHWP designation shows Chip’s commitment to providing excellent service to his clients.

Chip lives in Sandown with his wife, Mindy, son, Michael, and seriously spoiled Golden Retriever named Ollie. He loves spending time with family, exploring northern New England, fitness activities, golfing, boating, and reading.

The Home Watchers serves Rockingham County, including Atkinson, Auburn, Brentwood, Candia, Chester, Danville, Deerfield, Derry, Epping, Exeter, Fremont, Greenland, Hampton, Hampton Falls, Kensington, Londonderry, New Castle, Newfields, Newington, Newmarket, North Hampton, Northwood, Plaistow, Portsmouth, Raymond, Rye, Salem, Sandown, Seabrook, South Hampton, Stratham, and Windham. You can reach Chip at (603) 553-5057 or at chip@nhhomewatchers.com. Learn more from his website, www.nhhomewatchers.com.

Congratulations, Chip!

As always, I wish you

Much success,
