The House Watchers of Winchester, MA, earns 10th-year accreditation from the NHWA! Congratulations!

Frank Fantasia

I am very pleased to announce that The House Watchers of Winchester, Massachusetts, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the tenth year.

Frank Fantasia has been a resident of Winchester for nearly 50 years. His distinguished military career began in 1970, after graduating from Boston College and being commissioned a second lieutenant. Frank’s commitment to excellence was further demonstrated through his graduation from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. He served 30 years in the Army, retiring as a colonel, and maintained a “Top Secret” security clearance. As a veteran of both the Vietnam and Desert Shield/Desert Storm eras, Frank’s service and leadership are commendable. He also holds a master's degree in public administration from Northeastern University.

Transitioning to civilian life in 1973, Frank began a career in retail management, advancing from a trainee to a district manager overseeing New England and New York. Later, he spent three decades in the high-tech industry, progressing into management roles.

Frank’s involvement with the NHWA is extensive. He serves on the NHWA Advisory Board, is a Home Watch Boot Camp instructor and leads the New England Chapter as the Chapter Lead. His designation as a Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP) highlights his dedication to providing top-tier service.

Beyond his professional achievements, Frank is actively engaged in his community. He is a Board member of the Winchester Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Winchester Rotary. He has a passion for running, having completed the Boston Marathon 17 times and running 15 of those years as a member of the Miles for Miracles team, which provides support to Boston’s Children’s Hospital. Frank and his wife, Jane, have two sons and 5 grandchildren.

The House Watchers serves the following towns within the 128 Route area: Winchester, Medford, Arlington, Lexington, Woburn, Stoneham, Reading, Wellesley, Weston, Melrose, Wakefield, Belmont, Cambridge, Somerville, Needham, Newton, Lincoln, Framingham, Concord, Wayland, Sudbury, Sherborn, and many other surrounding cities and towns. They can be reached at (781) 729-3447, at (508) 472-7926, or at info@house-watcher.com. Visit their website at www.house-watcher.com.

Congratulations, Frank!
