Paul Martin
West Port Home Watch of Port Charlotte, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the second year.
Owner Paul Martin is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in real estate and tree care. As a licensed Real Estate Broker Associate with 13 years of experience, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. He has accompanied his buyers on every home inspection, ensuring they make informed decisions about their investments.
Beyond his real estate expertise, Paul is also a co-owner of Growing Earth Tree Care in Northern Virginia. With a remarkable 32-year tenure in the industry, Paul is an International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Certified Arborist and has held leadership positions within the MAC-ISA, including serving on the Executive Board of Directors for over 20 years and as president.
Paul's journey into the realm of Home Watch was a natural progression, given his background in real property. He graduated from the NHWA's Home Watch Boot Camp and earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP), placing him among the elite providers in the industry. This dedication underscores Paul's unwavering commitment to Home Watch excellence.
Paul has been married to his wife, Nalan, for 32 years. They have three adult children: James “Tarkan” Martin, Manolya Martin, and Joshua Martin. The family are all avid pickleball players; Nalan and Joshua are both certified coaches. They enjoy going to the beach, playing frisbee golf, and being outdoors.
