The driving forces behind While You’re Away are Sean Doyel and his wife, Michelle, both lifelong residents of Pinellas County. Their deep roots in the Tampa Bay area have shaped their professional and volunteer endeavors, reflecting their dedication to the community they love.
Michelle, an experienced insurance agent, brings a keen understanding of risk mitigation to the business. Her expertise ensures that every property is inspected with an eye for potential issues, safeguarding clients' investments. Sean, with 16 years of experience as a professional banker, dedicates himself entirely to managing the day-to-day operations of While You’re Away. His background in banking has honed his skills in customer service and operational efficiency, which are crucial in running a successful Home Watch service.
Both Sean and Michelle are adept at identifying potential problems and ensuring that every aspect of a property is meticulously checked. Their commitment to quality customer service is evident in every interaction, providing clients with peace of mind knowing their properties are in capable hands.
Adding to the team's strength is Sean's father, Chris, who serves as one of the Home Watch technicians. A former Navy man and retired nuclear engineer, Chris brings a wealth of knowledge and a disciplined approach to his role. His technical expertise and attention to detail make him an invaluable asset to the company.
