Beach2Bay Home Watch of Anna Maria Island, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA.
Jim Sauter and Randee Long each bring approximately 30 years of experience in residential and commercial property management, maintenance, home renovation, and investment property ownership to Florida's Gulf Coast. Full-time residents of Anna Maria Island with an office on Longboat Key, they understand the unique challenges of island living, especially in hurricane-prone areas.
As full-time residents of Anna Maria Island, Jim and Randee understand the unique challenges that seasonal and absentee homeowners face. During Hurricane Helene, they stayed home and witnessed the devastation firsthand. In the following days, they were inundated with calls from homeowners, many of whom lived out of the area, desperate for updates on their properties. Jim and Randee walked the island to check on homes, reporting damage and sending photos to keep homeowners informed. With the islands closed to homeowners, they took their jet ski to Longboat Key to check on those homes, giving their neighbors answers and the reassurance they needed. That pivotal experience reinforced their mission to provide a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Home Watch service that homeowners can count on, no matter the circumstances.
Both Randee and Jim graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and have earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP), placing them among the Home Watch industry’s elite providers. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify their commitment to Home Watch excellence.
Randee and Jim and enjoy an active coastal lifestyle, spending time jet skiing, paddleboarding, biking, and walking the beach. They love exploring the natural beauty and hidden gems of Florida’s Gulf Coast, always discovering new places to appreciate along the shore.
