Native Eyes Home Watch of Satellite Beach, FL, earns accreditation from the NHWA! Congratulations!
Jayme King
Native Eyes Home Watch of Satellite Beach, FL, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA.
Owner Jayme King was born and raised in South Florida, graduating from Plantation High School in Broward County and then earning a degree in 1998 from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. Upon graduation from UNF, he furthered his education in Broadcast Meteorology at Mississippi State University, earning his seal of approval from the National Weather Association.
Jayme is a high-energy businessman whose 30-year career as Chief Meteorologist for (most recently) FOX 35 (“Good Day Orlando”) and a handful of other television news stations in markets across the U.S. ended in 2024 when he decided to retire from the business and create a new and slower-paced lifestyle.
Jayme's strong relationships within the communities he served, his deep care for people, and the trust he has earned throughout his career as a television news anchor made for a natural transition into building his two successful small businesses on the Brevard County Space Coast: Native Eyes Home Watch and a janitorial service. He is excited about the future of this next chapter.
Both Florida Natives, Jayme and his wife, Rachel, call Satellite Beach home, and that means the ocean is a huge part of their lives. The two are avid offshore fishermen who love to tackle the biggest trophy fish possible. When Jayme and Rachel are not on their boat, they can be found on a Space Coast beach somewhere, surfing the best waves around. Jayme’s love for surfing doesn’t stop in Florida; he also enjoys surfing internationally and chasing swells in Central America. In addition to fishing and surfing, they are die-hard Miami Dolphins fans who love spending quality time with their family, traveling to new places, and cooking together. They have a Chihuahua named Jordy.
Native Eyes Home Watch serves all of Brevard County and its Space Coast communities, including Satellite Beach, Melbourne, Suntree, Viera, Melbourne Beach, Indian Harbour Beach, Indialantic, Cocoa Beach, Merritt Island, Rockledge, Cocoa, and Titusville. You can reach Jayme at (321) 405-4140 or nativeeyeshomewatch@gmail.com. Learn more from his website, https://nativeeyeshomewatch.com.
Welcome, Jayme!
As always, I wish you
Much success,
Jack Luber Executive Director
