Sal’s FL Home Watch Services of Cape Coral, Florida, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA.
Owner Sal Dimiceli, Jr., has 20 years’ experience as an award-winning real estate broker. He helped his father develop a subdivision, which included obtaining city, county, and state approvals before installing roadways, utility infrastructure, and prepping home sites. After successfully selling the 20 vacant lots in record time, Sal and his father opened a real estate company. Sal has had over 1,000 clients entrust him with the keys to their homes or condos, commercial buildings, businesses, and tracts of land. His real estate background has taught him how to pay attention to detail, which is necessary due to the many moving parts of real estate transactions. After being present for numerous home inspections and personally building two homes, Sal has gained a solid knowledge of a house and its many components.
Sal earned an associate's degree in Marketing from Gateway Technical College in 2005. He has had an active real estate broker’s license from the State of Wisconsin since 2004 and was voted the best real estate agent numerous times by the Lake Geneva Regional News, which represents the Geneva Lake area, and the Gazette Newspaper, which represents all of Walworth County.
After visiting Cape Coral for lengthy amounts of time during the past 15 years, Sal and his wife, Jessica, decided to move there full-time in 2024. Although still doing real estate part-time, Sal wanted to start something new. He had started a Home Watch company in Wisconsin in 2022, but the real estate market picked up, and he didn’t have time to pursue that business. Sal was always interested in offering a Home Watch service; now, in Florida, he feels there is a greater need for it.
Sal and Jessica have been married for 10 years. Their two youngest kids, Salvatore III and Dominic, are excited to be in Florida. Their eldest daughter, Soraya, moved to Chicago, a city she always appreciated. She visits her family in Florida whenever she can.
