Secure Home Watch of Eagle, Colorado, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA.

Owner Mark Fleecs is a retired law enforcement officer. He spent 31 years with the Denver Police Department before retiring in 2022 as a Commander, a role that required exceptional leadership, integrity, and attention to detail. Before that, he worked as a Project Manager for landscape and sprinkler companies in Denver and in Kaneohe, Hawaii. Mark grew up on a farm/ranch in rural Nebraska. He graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Mark has been an Eagle homeowner since 2018 and a full-time resident since 2022. He is a certified Alpine ski instructor through the Professional Ski Instructors of America, and he works part-time during the winter months, teaching children and adults at a ski resort.

Secure Home Watch was founded in December 2024, as Mark had long been interested in being a small-business owner. He was introduced to Home Watch through a family member and two friends, all three of whom own Home Watch businesses. Mark loves being part of the service industry and being someone whom people can trust and rely upon.

Mark graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP), placing him among the elite providers in the Home Watch industry. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Mark’s commitment to Home Watch excellence.

Married to Bridget since 1993, they have three children: Lauren, Sidney, and Harrison, as well as two grandchildren. In his spare time, Mark enjoys the outdoors. He’s an avid mountain biker, golfer, skier, fisherman, and hunter. Mark SCUBA dives when vacationing near the ocean. He also enjoys spending time with the family.
