Kati and Robert Fritz
Sunny Home Watch Services of Naples, Florida, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA.
Owners Robert and Kati Fritz have over 33 years of combined experience in property management in Naples. Robert is a native of Maryland but was raised in Kansas. Kati was born in Arizona but was raised as a military “brat.” Both of their fathers were in the military, so they know the value of an upbringing with plenty of discipline.
Robert and Kati both have extensive experience in the hospitality industry. They’ve also owned rental properties and personal homes in Southwest Florida, which they say paved the way for their journey into Home Watch services. Robert and Kati understand the unique needs of absentee homeowners and the maintenance of their homes.
Sunny Home Watch Services has been providing Home Watch services since 2009. Robert and Kati are known for their longevity, professionalism, high ethical standards, and attention to detail.
