Anchor Property Management & Concierge Services of Sebastian, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for its Home Watch services.

Levi and Michele Lefebure founded Anchor Property Management to combine their deep local roots and passion for service into a business dedicated to caring for homes in the community they love.

Levi was born and raised in Indian River County, Florida, where his deep roots and love for the Treasure Coast have shaped his character and ambitions. A recent homeschool graduate, Levi had a standout high school athletic career, playing varsity football and soccer. Passionate about his community, Levi is excited to pursue his dream of business ownership, caring for properties in the place he proudly calls home.

Michele, Levi’s mom, is a proud, lifelong resident of Indian River County, Florida. After earning her degree in Elementary Education from Florida Atlantic University, she began her career teaching first and second grade before choosing to homeschool her two children. Michele also spent 15 years as co-owner of Heads Up Sprinkler alongside her husband, gaining valuable experience in business and customer service. Deeply committed to serving others, she finds joy in building relationships within her community and looks forward to meeting new clients and caring for the homes of a community she cherishes.

Levi and Michele graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP), placing them among the Home Watch industry’s elite providers. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify their commitment to Home Watch excellence.

In their free time, Levi enjoys fishing, hunting, and surfing, while Michele loves boating and spending time with family.
