Denver Home Watch of Castle Rock, Colorado, has earned Accredited Members status for its Home Watch services from the NHWA.
For owner Ryan Passow, home building and remodeling has never just been a job—it’s who he is. He was fortunate to grow up in a family where craftsmanship was second nature. From a young age, Ryan worked side by side with his grandfather, a master carpenter, his father, and his older brother. They taught him more than just how to build; they showed him what it means to take pride in your work, to value honesty, and to always do the job right.
While Ryan was in college and for many years after, he and his father bought neglected houses and brought them back to life. That hands-on experience shaped everything he does. Eventually, Ryan started his own remodeling company, transforming kitchens, bathrooms, basements, entire homes, and additions—each one an opportunity to create something lasting and meaningful.
After their kids left home, Ryan, his wife and his dog moved to Colorado for the mountains, the fresh air, and a new chapter. One day, a client reached out looking for more than just a contractor; she needed someone she could trust to look after her home. That conversation lit a spark. That’s how Denver Home Watch came to be, born from decades of experience, a deep respect for the craft, and a heartfelt desire to help people care for their homes the way Ryan has always cared for his.
Denver Home Watch serves Castle Pines, Castle Rock, Centennial, Cherry Hills Village, Denver, Englewood, Greenwood Village, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Parker, Sterling Ranch, Roxborough, and the surrounding areas. Welcome, Ryan!
