Heather and Jason Smolarek
Elite Lake Home Watch of Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, has earned accreditation from the NHWA.
Owners Jason and Heather Smolarek bring over 25 years of combined experience in the vacation rental management industry to offer exceptional property care services to non-rental homeowners.
Jason and Heather began their careers in Florida's vacation rental market. With a background in hospitality and a bachelor of science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from UW-Stout, Jason has managed properties across the U.S. He has served as General Manager for a vacation concern, where he oversaw 300+ properties, and as Director of Operations for an international vacation rental company, managing housekeeping and maintenance for 350+ properties. Jason also played a key role in the growth of another resort, managing the rental property growth plan for 200+ on-site condos.
Heather's expertise in the vacation rental industry is equally extensive. She has managed operations at a high level throughout Florida, including roles as Director of Guest Services for a vacation concern and General Manager at an international vacation rental company. Most recently, Heather built a Single Family Home division and served as Regional Director of Operations, overseeing more than 2,000 properties.
In October 2021, Jason and his mom launched a vacation rental management company, Elite Lake Rentals, in Lake Geneva. Over the past three years, they've grown through word of mouth and referrals to manage 15 homes. Their passion for property care and solving issues has driven them to expand their services to non-rental homeowners with the launch of Elite Lake Home Watch.
Heather and Jason relocated from Florida to Wisconsin to continue growing the Elite Lake brand and offer their property care expertise to the Lake Geneva community. As a family-owned and locally operated business, they are dedicated to providing the best service for their clients’ homes.
