Jacqueline Long
EyeView Manhattan of New York (Manhattan), New York, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Owner Jacqueline Long has over 30 years of experience in the New York Metro Area real estate market. Known for careful attention to detail and client service, her experience includes residential, multi-family, cooperatives and condominiums, affordable housing, retail, mixed-use commercial, office, industrial, land, and proposed construction. Jaqueline is a real estate consultant, a licensed real estate broker, and a licensed real estate appraiser in the State of New York. She earned her bachelor’s degree in International Relations and her master’s in Urban Planning.
Jacquline read a newspaper article about Home Watch, which introduced it as a reasonably new niche in the real estate business sector. She thought it sounded like a natural fit with her education and real estate expertise. Jacqueline has traveled around the world looking at real estate projects in London, Helsinki, Leningrad, Moscow, and Paris. She studied real estate development in West Africa, surveying how homeowners, over time, changed their bland tract housing to suit their tastes. Her first job was working for a large urban development corporation, and next, she worked for a large community development corporation. Jacqueline went out independently and earned her licenses and certifications to perform residential and commercial advisory work and deliver opinions of value. EyeView Manhattan Home Watch offers valuable and necessary services, adding to her brand.
Jacqueline developed skills for research, inspection, analysis, and report writing. She has the discipline and management skills to start and finish assignments within time and budget constraints. Used to tedious and repetitive work, she likes to cross the Ts and dot the Is. As a partner, Jacqueline can help her clients by keeping an eye on their investments and not leaving outcomes to fate. She can help property owners have confidence and peace of mind about their investments.
