Jeff Dillard
Guardians of the Home of Ormond Beach, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA.
With a diverse background as a sales manager, electrician apprentice, business owner, and Realtor and extensive experience in the construction industry, owner/operator Jeff Dillard brings a unique blend of skills and expertise to the business. This experience allows him to provide top-tier service to homeowners, keeping properties well-maintained and secure while the owners are away.
Jeff earned his marketing degree from a small school in Atlanta. He became interested in Home Watch in order to service real estate clients looking for this service. A friend of his, who is a current realtor and Home Watch owner, introduced Jeff to the NHWA.
Jeff is dedicated to professionalism, reliability, and safeguarding clients’ investments.
Jeff and his wife, Karen, have been happily married for 36 years and have two adult children. They spend their spare time playing pickleball.
