Charles Monchik
Home Watch by Popz of Delray Beach, Florida, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.
Owner Charles Monchik was a chief financial officer for a large wholesale toy distributor, and then was in the property management industry for 36 years. In 2018, he sold his business and real estate.
Charles earned a bachelor of science degree in Business Management and a minor in Accounting, obtained at the University of Hartford. He is also a licensed New York State home inspector.
Charles decided to relocate and start a Home Watch business. With his background and desire to work for himself and help people at the same time, he knew Home Watch would be a perfect fit. Charles is very thorough and reliable in his work and pays attention to the customer’s needs while always looking out for their best interests.
In his spare time, Charles likes to work out and play golf.
