Jim West attended Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, North Carolina. He owned one of Hilton Head's largest vacation rental property management companies for over 25 years. As a licensed property manager, Jim oversaw a team of 20 staff members, comprised of property managers and inspectors. Home Watch Services of Hilton Head’s staff consists of trained professional service inspectors with years of real estate experience on Hilton Head. Home Watch seemed the next logical step for Jim.

Jim and his wife, Virginia, enjoy traveling and playing golf.
