Jersey Cape Home Watch of Upper Township, New Jersey, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA.
Owner Sean McClory is an Ocean City High School Graduate, earned his associate's degree from Atlantic Cape Community College in General Studies, and is certified as an A+ Technician from CompTIA. He is certified as a Fire Police Officer by the Cape May County Fire Academy and holds Hazmat Awareness certification from the New Jersey State Police. Sean is also Certified in ICS-100 from FEMA.
Sean has always had an interest in real estate, but not so much the sales portion of it. He discovered Home Watch while exploring other home service options. He felt it was an opportunity to give back to his community by starting a Home Watch company; throughout the winter, he hears many Ocean City Fire calls dispatched to houses with water literally flowing out the door. Given the area is heavy with unoccupied homes, Sean felt offering Home Watch services would be more fulfilling than flipping houses. He has also lived in the Jersey Cape section of the Jersey Shore his whole life.
In his spare time, Sean cruises the local waterways in his boat during the summer, goes to the beach and for walks at local parks. He also enjoys walking the Sea Isle Promenade and Ocean City Boardwalk. He also enjoys watching movies from the 1980s and ‘90s and goes for random drives around the area’s shore towns to see what projects have been changed and to take sunset photos.
Jersey Cape Home Watch serves Ocean City, Strathmere, Sea Isle City, Avalon, and Upper Township. Sean can be reached at (609) 651-8644 or concierge@oceanlink.us. Visit his website at https://jerseycapehomewatch.com.
Welcome, Sean!
