Longboat Key Home Watch of Longboat Key, Florida, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services by the NHWA.
Founders Kathleen and Kevin Magnus have been ingrained in the Longboat Key community as third-generation, full-time residents since relocating from Long Island, New York, six years ago.
Kathleen is a licensed Realtor in Florida and an active member of the Realtor Association of Sarasota/Manatee.
Kevin holds two Florida state licenses: Plans Examiner and Building Inspector. Former owner of a construction company on Long Island, he managed Sagaponack Window Washing, catering to high-end homes in North Fork, Long Island.
As dedicated residents of Longboat Key, a popular snowbird destination, the couple recognized a vital need within their community. Neighbors and clients frequently entrusted them with the safeguarding of their island homes. Kathleen and Kevin’s commitment to their clients’ peace of mind led to the inception of Longboat Key Home Watch, which offers comprehensive property monitoring services. These include regular property checks, hurricane preparation, and securing properties during owners’ absences.
