For over 26 years, Yvonne Ravenelle has had a deep connection to Southwest Florida, visiting Bonita Springs regularly before making it her home in 2013. Drawn to the area’s beauty, vibrant community, and coastal lifestyle, she quickly became an active part of the local scene, enjoying everything from restaurants and fairs to the beach.
With a Florida real estate license since 2015, Yvonne gained extensive experience in home purchases, sales, investment properties, and rentals. Through her work, she recognized a growing need among homeowners for a trusted professional to care for their properties while they were away. In 2021, she founded Mermaid Home Watch, a company built on reliability, trust, and exceptional service.
As Yvonne embarks on a new chapter and relocates to Venice, FL, in March 2025, Mermaid Home Watch will continue to offer the same level of dedication and care in its new community.
