Owner Greg Ross-Smith brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in global sales, marketing, and operations, having worked at top companies like Facebook, eBay, and DHL Express before transitioning into real estate and property management. His work with PMI Palm Properties is built on professionalism, integrity, and high-touch service, with a focus on delivering peace of mind and long-term value to clients.

Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Business and has completed executive education in leadership and strategy. He is a licensed real estate professional in Florida and operates under the PMI franchise system, which offers continuing education, industry support, and compliance oversight. Greg has pursued additional training in risk mitigation, property care, and customer experience to stay ahead in the field.

The company’s Home Watch service was a natural fit. Many clients own second homes or travel frequently, and they wanted a trustworthy partner to monitor their properties. PMI Palm Properties delivers this through a dedicated, tech-enabled Home Watch program, offering early issue detection and reliable oversight for seasonal homeowners across Palm Beach County.

Greg has been married for 17 years to his wife, a homeschooling mom and wellness advocate. Together, they have two children and enjoy coastal Florida living. Greg is also passionate about faith, leadership, and helping others thrive—values he brings to both his personal life and professional work.
