Rob Frueh
Rob Frueh Smart Living of Rolla, Missouri, has earned accreditation from the NHWA.
Rob Frueh founded the company in 2023. He is a proud member of the National Home Watch Association and provides visual inspections of unoccupied or vacant properties throughout the Rolla area.
Rob earned a BSBA in Finance from the University of Missouri, Columbia, an MBA from Drury College, and a master’s degree in International Management from Arizona State University. He also went to the European Business School in Germany to study the German language.
Rob’s experience in real estate spans over 30 years in both the St Louis and Rolla markets. In addition to providing Home Watch services, he manages a growing portfolio of hundreds of apartment complexes and homes in Rolla, including long- and short-term rentals. During this time, Rob has renovated over 150 homes and specializes in single-family homes and historic properties. Home Watch is a natural extension of Rob’s long-standing property management and apartment and home rental business.
Rob enjoys renovating properties, especially historic homes and buildings in his spare time. He is also an avid fitness enthusiast and an amateur natural bodybuilder, having competed in various regional and national-level competitions since 2018.
