Seabreeze Home Watch & Concierge of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, has earned accreditation from the NHWA.
Marielle and Pete Hinson operate the company from the Del Webb Grande Dunes Community. Living in this vibrant community year-round, they are passionate about building lasting relationships with their clients. Originally from New York and New Jersey, Marielle spent 35 years in the Boston and Dover, NH, areas before relocating to South Carolina. With over 25 years as a top-tier corporate executive assistant, she has a proven track record of exceptional organizational skills, integrity, and confidentiality. Marielle has worked as an executive assistant in a top-secret FBI facility and owned a concierge company in Dover.
Marielle holds a B.A. in Consumer Law and is also a certified event planner and graphic artist. Her diverse skill set extends to overseeing home renovations, interior design, and managing crises such as major flooding and mold remediation.
Pete was born and raised in Fort Mill, SC. He brings a wealth of expertise and a commitment to quality service to the company. A licensed land surveyor since 1998, Pete enjoyed a distinguished career with the South Carolina Department of Transportation, where he served as the State Survey Supervisor for 25 years. His extensive experience includes supervising surveying crews and managing projects related to bridges, dams, properties, highways, and roads across South Carolina. He also worked as a surveyor for two decades and owned a surveying business for 15 years.
With a strong foundation in government and municipal legislation, Pete is a licensed surveyor and state court expert known for his professionalism and thorough approach.
Marielle and Pete’s family includes a son, twins, a daughter-in-law, a son-in-law, four grandsons, and two miniature Australian shepherds. They bring a personal touch to their professional endeavors and they always look forward to serving their community.
