TLC Home Watch CT of Glastonbury, Connecticut, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA.
The husband-and-wife team of Robyn Higuera and Adam Kopchyak take pride in their own home. But upon returning from vacation, they found they’d fallen victim to a household water disaster that could have been avoided if they had someone looking after their property. This experience fueled their passion to establish their Home Watch company. Their mission is to provide peace of mind to homeowners by giving them the knowledge that their properties are meticulously cared for in their absence.
Adam and Robyn believe in treating their clients’ homes with the same dedication and attention to detail as they do their own. They firmly believe that no one should worry when they are away, whether it’s for several days, a couple of weeks, several months, or a year.
Adam has over thirty years of expertise as a trusted property claims adjuster. He is trained to detect the slightest abnormalities and has a trusted network of vendors to call, if necessary. Adam is also a U.S. Army veteran and a UCONN alumnus.
Robyn is a Registered Nurse and is equally dedicated to maintaining high standards. She takes pride in her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and steadfast dedication to quality.
