Caroline has lived in the Wellesley/Needham, MA, area for the past 20 years, raising her three young adult children in the community. Outside of work, she is a fitness enthusiast and devoted dog lover.

Dan Stempel is a founding partner who specializes in strategic property management solutions and financial operations. He has lived in Wellesley, MA, for the past 26 years, where he raised his three children. Dan has owned multiple profitable investment properties and has previously founded and sold several successful technology businesses. Outside of work, Dan is a passionate skier and racquet sports enthusiast.
