HomeSecure Services of Cranbrook, British Columbia, Canada, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the Canadian Home Watch Group and the NHWA.
Lorraine Alderson, Steven Macdonald, and their son, Kyle Alderson, look forward to providing care and attention to their clients’ homes while they are monitored in their absence. They reside in the East Kootenays, specifically in Kimberley and Cranbrook. They are available 24/7, allowing them to provide the right coverage for their clients.
Lorraine, Steve, and Kyle have many years of experience in business, consistently providing quality services to look after people, keeping them and their priorities safe. Lorraine and Steve have many years of experience in financial services, as advisers and consultants, which includes working with insurance companies and policies, as well as contracting with the Insurance Ombudsman. Therefore, they understand the intricacies of insurance policies.
Lorraine and Steve also have many years of experience offering holistic health and fitness services and training (and continue to do so). With his great love of the outdoors, Kyle has years of experience teaching youth in outdoor education. He has a background in forestry, with five years of voluntary Air Search and Rescue. Kyle is a certified Home Inspector and offers home inspection in addition to their Home Watch services.
Between them, Lorraine, Steve, and Kyle pay attention to detail, have a great deal of common sense, and take pride in offering the best services for their clients. With Kyle’s training and knowledge of Home Inspection, all their years dealing with insurance, plus being homeowners and absentee homeowners (there were some years when they worked in the UK while maintaining their home in Canada), Lorraine, Steve, and Kyle know they are well-placed to look out for anything that could present a problem when property is left unoccupied.
Lorraine, Steve, and Kyle undertook Home Watch inspections in late 2024, when they covered for a local Home Watch company that has since closed.
