Joseph Simmons
Alleviate Home Watch of Dunedin, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA.
Owner Joseph Simmons and his wife live in Dunedin year-round. They feel blessed to live in such a great town and community. After friends asked Joseph to check on both primary and secondary homes, Alleviate Home Watch was born.
Alleviate began as a company focused on two primary services: providing a trusted Home Watch service for absentee homeowners and offering reliable handyman/home repair services to their clients. Joseph has found that both of these services fill a need in their market.
Joseph brings over 25 years of previous career experience in technology consulting, varied estate ownership and investment roles, and home inspection to the company. He has degrees or certificates in IT Technology, Business Administration, and Home Inspection Certification (2016).
Joseph is heavily involved in his community: He’s an auxiliary member of his local VFW post, his Neighborhood Watch Leader, a member of the Dunedin Chamber of Commerce, a graduate of Pinellas Sheriff Citizens Academy, a Pinellas Trail Auxiliary Bicycle Ranger from 2021-2023, and an HOA/Community Board Member for the past six years.
When he’s not working, Joseph can be found on the Pinellas Trail enjoying bicycling, the beaches, and some great restaurants.
