Coastline Home Watch, LLC, of Dunedin, Florida, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA.
After moving to Florida to be closer to their son, Paula Brierley and Terrence (T.R.) Shelton took the opportunity to start a new chapter in their lives. With experience from owning and maintaining a large, custom-built home, they understand the time, effort, and knowledge required to manage property from the foundation up. They can’t imagine the challenge of managing a house from afar, so they offer Coastline Home Watch as a trusted partner to provide peace of mind.
Paula’s background has prepared her to do Home Watch. Raised alongside her skilled contractor father, she learned about construction details by spending time on job sites. After her parents passed away, Paula and T.R. decided to design and build a home on the family property. This hands-on experience gave them valuable knowledge of construction and project management. Paula also brings over 30 years of experience in banking and finance, where she developed strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines. Her background in accounting and finance further enhances her ability to handle business and client needs.
T.R. has over 30 years of experience as a skilled tradesman. His plumbing career began during high school; he transitioned to HVAC, and then worked as a sheet metal mechanic. T.R. brings knowledge across multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. His diverse background allows him to approach projects with an understanding of how various systems work together. With strong communication skills, T.R. maintains professional relationships with affiliated trades, general contractors, and team members.
Their backgrounds complement each other. As homeowners' eyes and ears, they provide reliable, trustworthy Home Watch services, including interior and exterior visual inspections, monitoring construction and routine maintenance, and addressing unexpected issues.
