Welcome to the NHWA family, HomeWatch Tampa of Tampa, FL!

Bill Iwanicki

HomeWatch Tampa, of Tampa, Florida, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA.

Residing in the Tampa Bay area for over twenty years, founder Bill Iwanicki has been in the Inspection industry for over 5 years, combining his passion for property care and client service. The decision to start his Home Watch business came from recognizing a need for trustworthy, detailed care for seasonal and absentee homeowners in his community. After becoming a licensed home inspector, Bill gained valuable experience working in real estate and home inspection, which provided him with the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure that homes are well looked after while their owners are away.

The HomeWatch Tampa team is dedicated to providing peace of mind by offering reliable, personalized Home Watch services. Bill and his team understand the trust their clients place in them and are here to safeguard their homes while they are away.

Bill is also committed to giving back to the community, actively participating in volunteer activities with Feeding Tampa Bay and the Boy Scouts. He is a proud parent of two children, and his family motivates him to provide the same level of care for his clients' homes that he would for his own. In his free time, Bill enjoys many outdoor activities and small home improvement projects, which align with his love for maintaining and enhancing properties.

HomeWatch Tampa serves Tampa, Lutz, Zephyrhills, Lakeland, Wesley Chapel, and Odessa. The Tampa communities served are: Cheval, Avalon, New Tampa, Carrollwood, Westchase, and Epperson. You can reach them at (813) 934-7334 or homewatch@advancedreservices.com. Learn more at their website, https://homewatchtampa.com.

Welcome, Bill!

As always, I wish you

Much success,

Jack Luber Executive Director
