Laura Policy
Solutions Property & Home Watch Services of Parrish, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA.
Founder Laura Policy has had a multi-faceted career in real estate. She has held numerous positions within the property management field over the years and has worked in, evaluated, and studied the industry. This has led to a deep understanding of and love for her field. Laura’s favorite saying is, “Love what you do, and you will never work a day in your life.”
In October of 2000, Laura founded a staffing company specifically for the multi-family housing industry. She wanted to give back to the real estate industry by helping people find careers in the industry. As the founder of ABT Career Placements, Laura remains actively involved in every aspect of the company. She has held positions as a leasing consultant, new home sales agent to a property manager, and eventually vice president. Additionally, Laura has served as a training director for several management companies and has volunteered with the Southwest Florida and Bay Area Apartment Association Education Committees as co-chair. She also served on the National Apartment Association Education Institute as a Facilitator (NAAEI Faculty).
With her extensive background in real estate and multi-family housing, Laura wanted to start a Home Watch company. She felt it was the next step in her career path that made sense. Laura’s experience working with vendors, maintenance staff, walking homes prior to new owners or residents moving in and out, and overseeing projects translates directly to the skills needed for Home Watch services.
With her multi-point checklist, Laura demonstrates her comprehensive approach to property monitoring. She ensures every aspect of a home, both inside and outside, receives meticulous attention. Laura’s skill in identifying maintenance needs or potential issues before a problem arises, such as water leaks, HVAC, or other maintenance issues, makes Solutions Property & Home Watch Services an ideal choice for anyone seeking reliable Home Watch services.
