Owners Pierre and Johanne Marciszewski say they are Canadian at heart but have been American souls for many years. They are bilingual, speaking French and English. Since the age of eight, Pierre and Johanne have spent their vacations in Florida and have now realized their dream of living in Florida year-round.
After both having led careers on the Quebec police force as sergeants and then being business owners for ten years, Pierre and Johanne have owned residences in Pinellas County for 13 years.
Passionate about construction, Pierre and Johanne have accumulated nearly 35 years of experience in construction, house flipping, and minor and major renovations in both Canada and Florida. They have also rented out their homes. No matter the type of property—single-family home, condo, mobile home, boat, RV, rental, or Airbnb—homes hold no secrets for them. Home Watch is the perfect fit for Pierre and Johanne. Their expertise encompasses all aspects of real estate as well as related security.
Pierre and Johanne have been married since 2000 and have a daughter who also runs her own business on Florida’s West Coast. Thus, the whole family is deeply rooted in their community and understands the challenge of a residence or other properties in Florida. In their spare time, they enjoy gardening, playing golf, riding bicycles, boating, and fishing.
