As Founders and co-owners, Cindy Armatys and Carrie Noll Brookman bring a wealth of experience to their business. Cindy’s expertise stems from her public sector and corporate background in IT leadership and project management. She is a homeowner and experienced at watching homes for friends and family. Known for her collaborative, honest, and authentic style, Cindy is a caring, trusted, confident problem solver.
Cindy understands that leaving your home in trusted care is essential and has experienced problems while her family was on an extended vacation. She has encountered a leaking washing machine hose, a flooded basement, a break-in, and snakes in the sub-pump room and hanging from garage rafters. Yes, a true story!
Cindy graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP), placing her among the Home Watch industry’s elite providers. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Cindy’s commitment to Home Watch excellence.
Carrie brings experience in marketing, management, sales, and customer service to her role as co-owner. She has honed her skills through years of hands-on experience as a homeowner, taking on DIY projects in her own home and for friends and family. This personal connection to home maintenance gives her a unique understanding of homeowners' needs and concerns. Carrie excels at finding efficient solutions to problems and staying organized while managing multiple properties.
Cindy and Carrie are committed to reassuring clients that their homes are being looked after. They say clear, transparent communication is essential in the homeowner-Home Watcher relationship.
