Co-founder Teodora Koprivica brings over 10 years of marketing experience with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Hotel Management. Originally from Serbia, Teodora moved to St. Petersburg five years ago and quickly developed a deep connection to the local community. Alongside her business partner, Stefan Repac, a hospitality professional with 15 years of property management experience, Teodora founded In Good Hands to offer clients exceptional peace of mind and personalized care for their properties. With a commitment to client satisfaction, Teodora draws on her marketing expertise to tailor their services to the unique needs of every homeowner. Teodora and Stefan’s shared dedication to building trust and providing reliable, high-quality Home Watch services allows clients to relax, knowing their homes are safe and meticulously cared for in their absence. In her free time, Teodora enjoys staying active, running, reading, going to seminars, and exploring the best of St. Pete, continually inspired by the clients and the community she serves.
Stefan Repac has managed luxurious hotels and high-rise residences. Originally from Boston, Stefan relocated to St. Petersburg five years ago after vacationing there with his family throughout his life. He holds a degree in Hospitality and Business Management from the University of Massachusetts. Stefan has also worked with FEMA and Vanguard HIS, conducting home inspections nationwide following natural disasters, including recent hurricanes that have hit Florida. Passionate about delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships, Stefan co-founded In Good Hands with Teodora after over a decade in corporate roles. In his free time, he enjoys staying active, working out, cooking, reading, and spending time at the beach with friends and family.
