Landmark Home Watch of Belleair and The Beaches, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA.
Owners Neil Fritz and Coni DeRise Fritz feel a special connection to the Central Pinellas Coastal area; they began their lives together here a few decades ago.
Born into a Naval family, Neil’s roots trace back to Pensacola, and then to Guam and the Midwest, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Minnesota. He has a rich background in electronics. After relocating to Florida in 1986, Neil established a successful machining and fabrication company catering to the electronics industry. His career culminated in his recent retirement as an owner/partner of a prominent Florida marine LED lighting and controls manufacturing enterprise based in Clearwater.
Coni was born and raised in Louisiana. She graduated from LSU and moved to Florida in 1987. Her business journey began as a paralegal. She launched several businesses, including a full-service day spa and two nail salons, and then went on to help Realtors market their businesses. With each new venture, Coni honed her skills and diversified her expertise, eventually finding her passion in real estate. Many of her real estate clients do not live in the area year-round, so she naturally offered to help take care of their Florida homes while they were away.
Neil and Coni joined forces, and together they envisioned a business tailored to addressing the specific requirements of homeowners during their time away. They founded Landmark, which aims to provide comprehensive care for homes and personal needs for absentee homeowners. Neil and Coni’s genuine concern for their clients' well-being defines a service born out of passion and commitment to ensuring peace of mind for those trusting them with their homes.
Neil and Connie both graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and have earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP), placing them among the industry’s elite Home Watch providers. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify Landmark Home Watch’s commitment to excellence.
