Sullivan Premier Home Watch of Estero, Florida, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services by the NHWA.

Originally from New Hampshire, Scott and Loree Sullivan had been visiting Southwest Florida for about 15 years before making Estero their permanent home. Working in separate industries, they experienced multiple hurricane seasons while watching others' homes over the years and decided they wanted to build a business together to help other Southwest Floridians.

Scott is a graduate of Liberty University and has spent over 17 years in law enforcement, serving as a State Trooper, Officer, and Sheriff's Deputy. He brings that vigilance, discipline, and an understanding of law, criminal behavior, and investigation to his company. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner through the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and this brings a discerning eye to all that they do.

Loree is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with degrees in Economics and Russian. Before dedicating herself to Home Watch, she spent many years in the real estate, finance, marketing, and education fields. Loree has been responsible for large teams and multi-million-dollar budgets. Most recently, she has taught third grade at a Hillsdale College classical school, training the minds and improving the hearts of young people. She brings a breadth of diverse skills that serve Home Watch well, such as strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving.

Scott and Loree are graduates of the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and have earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP), placing them among the Home Watch industry’s elite providers. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify their commitment to Home Watch excellence. 

Scott and Loree bring integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic to the work of Home Watch, and they look out for their clients’ best interests, no matter what.

Sullivan Premier Home Watch serves a “micro” area of Estero, especially the area around 1-75 and Corkscrew Road.
