The Coastal Peacekeepers of Port Charlotte, Florida, have earned accreditation for their Home Watch services from the NHWA.

Owner Mandy Donahue is the founder (and, she adds, “the dreamer and heart-led entrepreneur”). She launched her business with two driving forces in mind: to build a legacy her children can be proud of, and to lift up her community.

Mandy and her husband met in Arizona and have been married since 2011. They’ve created their own modern-day Brady Bunch, raising six wonderful kids. In 2022, they moved to Florida, and Mandy says that life has been a whirlwind of “growth, grit, and gratitude.”

Professionally, Mandy dove into the construction industry, while her husband works in HVAC. They’re a hands-on, hardworking duo who know what it means to build from the ground up—both literally and figuratively.

The Coastal Peacekeepers offers professional Home Watch, detailed house cleaning, and certified Notary Public services with reliability, discretion, and care.

When not working, you’ll find Mandy nose-deep in a good book or soaking up the sun at the beach. She’s an adventure junkie with a passion for learning, growing, and finding the next experience that pushes her outside the ordinary. At her core, Mandy is the “heart-on-my-sleeve, bend-over-backwards, do-what-I-can” kind of person—for her family, her clients, and her community.
