The Real House Cleaners of Naples With Home Watch & Concierge Services, of Naples, Florida, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA.

Owners Steve and Gina Tomasino moved to Naples with their daughters, Izzy and Ana, in 2012, when Steve retired from the Rockford Police Department after 26 years. Gina took a job with the Collier County Sheriff’s Department and worked there for 10 years. Steve worked with Carl Lorenzini, whose own Home Watch company, Homewatch Services Etc., is accredited by the NHWA. Steve worked as a Home Watch inspector and earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP) through the NHWA, which he has recently requalified for. The CHWP designation demonstrates his commitment to delivering exceptional service to his clients.

Steve and Gina started a home cleaning business in 2022, and Gina retired from the Sheriff’s Department in 2023 so they could clean full-time and devote more time to the business.

In 2024, Steve had the opportunity to get back into Home Watch: a friend was moving out of the area and wanted to turn over his Home Watch clients to someone he knew. Steve started with a small number of homes, and now the business has grown.

Steve and Gina decided to join the NHWA this year and pursue the Home Watch business further, so they can build it up and keep their cleaning service. Ultimately, they would like their daughter to take over and run that portion of the business.

Gina and Steve strive to provide their clients with a streamlined service that can provide Home Watch, cleaning, and opening and closing their properties, whether living in them or renting them. They look forward to growing their business with the NHWA team and fellow members for the professionalism and knowledge they can provide.
