Welcome to the NHWA, Vigilant Property Solutions of Cape May Court House, NJ!

Brian Vergantino

Vigilant Property Solutions of Cape May Court House, New Jersey, has earned accreditation for its Home Watch services from the NHWA.

A lifelong resident of Middle Township, Founder Brian Vergantino retired after over 20 years of experience as a law enforcement officer. He served as a senior patrol officer and conducted over 100,000 property checks of residential homes and major consumer businesses during his career. This hands-on experience has given Brian an in-depth understanding of property safety, security, and community trust.

Brian entered the police academy at the age of 18. He is a certified New Jersey Zoning Official, Code Enforcement Official, Housing Inspector, Multiple-Family Dwelling Inspector, Arson Investigator, and New Jersey Lead-Based Paint Inspector. His certifications were all obtained through Rutgers University and the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs.

As a retired police officer with extensive experience in burglary investigations and property checks, Brian recognized the vulnerability of homes when their owners are away, either on vacation or living in warmer climates for the winter. With his expertise, he wanted to continue giving back to the community by providing Home Watch services year-round.

Brian is married and has a toddler son. In his spare time, he enjoys playing and watching baseball, coaching T-ball, serving as Vice President of the Middle Township School Board, and attending various sporting events.

Vigilant Property Solutions serves all of Cape May County, including Ocean City, Strathmere, Sea Isle City, Avalon, Stone Harbor, North Wildwood, Wildwood, Wildwood Crest, West Wildwood, Cape May, West Cape May, Diamond Beach, and Cape May Point. You can reach Brian at (609) 200-6838 or (888) 411-4877. You can email him at brian@vigilantpropertysolutions.com. Learn more from his website, https://vigilantpropertysolutions.com.

Welcome, Brian!

As always, I wish you

Much success,
