Owned and operated by Jenny and Sal Salvatierra, Tradition Property Management and Home Watch Services benefits from over 20 years of combined expertise in commercial real estate and property management. Leveraging their extensive knowledge and experience, Jenny and Sal provide top-notch care and vigilance for their clients’ properties, paying careful attention to detail and providing peace of mind.
Jenny’s diverse background and extensive experience in property management make her a significant asset in any Home Watch service. Her track record with leading firms, combined with her certifications, positions her to navigate various aspects of the property management field.
Sal's career spans a range of roles, from being an owner’s representative, Licensed Realtor, mortgage banker, Certified Property Manager, Certified Business Partner, and instructor for the Community Association Institute. For over 20 Years, Sal worked in commercial real estate, and he owned and operated an IT company catering to the Wall Street community, giving him a unique perspective on high-stakes, detail-oriented environments. Sal graduated from the NHWA’s Home Watch Boot Camp and has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional (CHWP), placing him among the industry’s elite Home Watch providers. The CHWP designation and Boot Camp training exemplify his commitment to Home Watch excellence.
Jenny and Sal enjoy exploring the Treasure Coast and surrounding areas. They also like to take short vacations, dine out, and sample different foods. They also enjoy their new hobby of playing pickleball. But mostly, they love to visit their daughter in New Orleans while she attends Loyola University.
